Air Canada has announced an extensive expansion for Summer 2025, with new non-stop flights to major destinations in Europe and the United States, increasing travel options for Canadian and international passengers. Key new routes include Montreal to Naples, Italy, and Porto, Portugal, along with the return of Toronto to Prague, Toronto to Port of Spain, and Ottawa to London. Additionally, Air Canada is enhancing its U.S. offerings with routes such as Montreal to Cincinnati and Vancouver to Nashville, alongside the resumption of service from Toronto to Jacksonville.
These routes are part of Air Canada’s strategy to boost summer travel by offering over 100,000 weekly seats across 30 destinations in Europe and North Africa. Increased frequency on popular routes such as Rome, Athens, and Paris reflects the airline’s commitment to enhancing connectivity from its Toronto and Montreal hubs. “Our expanded Summer 2025 schedule caters to our customers’ growing demand for diverse travel options,” said Mark Galardo, Executive Vice President of Revenue and Network Planning at Air Canada.
The enhanced transborder and transatlantic options also aim to streamline connections, particularly with U.S. customs pre-clearance in Canada, providing convenience for travelers heading to U.S. destinations. The new flights are part of a broader schedule that includes more than 160,000 weekly seats across the U.S. and new Asian routes, such as summer seasonal flights from Montreal to Seoul and Toronto to Osaka.
