Air Astana proudly received the prestigious 2025 APEX Award for Best Overall Airline in Central Asia during a ceremony in Singapore on November 20, 2024.
“This award is the result of years of hard work by the Air Astana team and reflects our mission: to create an exceptional passenger experience through hospitality, high service standards, and innovative eco-friendly initiatives,” said Yelena Obukhova, Vice President of Inflight Services at Air Astana, when accepting the award in Singapore.
At the exhibition, Yelena delivered a presentation showcasing Air Astana’s strategy for fostering emotional bonds with its passengers. She highlighted the airline’s dedication to providing travelers with a deep and meaningful connection to Kazakh culture.
Earlier this year, Air Astana was honored with the APEX Five Star Award in the “Major Airlines” category, a globally recognized accolade based entirely on unbiased passenger feedback collected through APEX’s collaboration with TripIt from Concur. The award was presented during the APEX/IFSA Global EXPO held in California, USA.
The APEX Awards Ceremony in Singapore showcased the accomplishments of airlines in the Asia-Pacific region, celebrating innovation and adaptability in the industry. This prestigious recognition was awarded at the FTE APEX Asia EXPO, the largest aviation event in the region.
