Dusit International partners with IDC Prime to debut two Dusit Princess hotels in Northern Mindanao, offering eco-luxury and premium amenities by 2029.
Dusit International, a prominent name in Thailand’s hospitality and real estate sectors, has partnered with IDC Prime, a subsidiary of Italpinas Development Corp., to manage two new Dusit Princess hotels in Northern Mindanao, Philippines. This collaboration highlights Dusit’s commitment to sustainable and community-driven developments in emerging destinations.
Scheduled for completion in late 2029, Dusit Princess Moena will be a centerpiece of the eco-conscious Moena Mountain Estate in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. Nestled within the lush greenery of the Mount Kitanglad Range Natural Park, the 184-room hotel will seamlessly integrate with its natural environment. It will cater to both business and leisure travelers with premium amenities such as a lobby lounge, business center, all-day dining, outdoor pool, fully equipped gym, yoga room, and versatile multipurpose spaces.
Situated in Dahilayan, often referred to as the “Baguio of Mindanao,” the hotel will further enhance the area’s reputation as a hub for nature enthusiasts. Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and outdoor adventures, Dusit Princess Moena will complement existing attractions, including the Dahilayan Adventure Park and the Del Monte Pineapple plantations.
Further north, Dusit Princess Firenze, also opening in late 2029, will take pride of place within the Firenze Green Tower development in Cagayan de Oro’s Limketkai area. Strategically located near the city’s business and commercial districts, this hotel will offer unparalleled convenience and value. Guests and residents can enjoy a range of facilities, including a gym, spa, commercial spaces, multipurpose areas, and a swimming pool.
Both hotels are part of existing joint ventures between IDC and the Go family, the original landowners, and the addition of Dusit-managed accommodations is set to elevate the appeal of these projects, positioning them as vibrant destinations in their own right.
