Air India Express will soon launch service to Agartala, the 46th stop on its route, from the northeastern state of Tripura. The airline will begin operating daily direct flights between Agartala and major cities Delhi, Kolkata, and Guwahati on September 1, 2024. The airline’s mobile app, website, and other well-known booking channels are currently accepting reservations.

With this extension, Air India Express will provide 14 weekly flights from Agartala to eight one-stop locations and two direct destinations, including Bhubaneswar, Bengaluru, Kochi, Delhi, Hyderabad, Imphal, Jaipur, and Chennai.

The airline connects eight direct destinations—Agartala, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Imphal, Jaipur, and Kolkata—with 77 weekly flights from Guwahati. Furthermore, one-stop itineraries are offered to four overseas locations—Singapore, Bahrain, Dammam, and Sharjah—and twenty domestic locations, including Ayodhya, Goa, Gwalior, Kozhikode, and Pune.

Air India Express has 124 weekly flights from Kolkata to 12 direct locations, including Bengaluru, Kochi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Imphal, Bagdogra, Jaipur, Chennai, Surat, and Varanasi. Additionally, 22 one-stop locations are linked to the City of Joy, including Kuwait, Thiruvananthapuram, Abu Dhabi, Kozhikode, Kannur, Doha, Dubai, Lucknow, and Gwalior.
