The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA), responsible for managing Nashville International Airport® (BNA®) and John C. Tune Airport® (JWN®), is excited to share the promotion of Rachel Johnson to the role of Director of Business Diversity Development.

Rachel Johnson, a Memphis native, brings almost ten years of expertise in procurement and business diversity to the MNAA. Prior to joining the team over a year ago, she spearheaded Business Diversity programs at WeGo Public Transit.
In her new role, Johnson will guide the MNAA’s initiatives aimed at expanding opportunities for businesses owned by diverse groups to engage in airport contracts and concessions. She will collaborate with airport personnel, contractors, and concessionaires to develop and execute strategies that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within the airport’s supply chain.
