The Chief Minister has instructed the Kota Development Authority to create a plan for the development of the airport’s surrounding infrastructure in order to guarantee a smooth integration and optimize the airport’s capabilities.

With much shorter travel times and better access for Hadoti area inhabitants, the new Kota airport is set to transform regional connections. The airport offers travelers unmatched convenience and quick access to Kota’s well-known attractions, including historical monuments and cultural icons.

AAI Chairman Sanjeev Kumar said that a detailed project report (DPR) is being worked on, which would prepare future bidding and construction stages. This methodical approach guarantees that every aspect of the airport’s expansion is well-planned and carried out to satisfy the expanding demands of the area.

The Chief Minister also pushed for expedited work on improving Jaipur airport facilities, expanding Udaipur airport, and creating a permanent civil enclave at Uttarlai (Barmer) airport.
