Valor Hospitality Partners, a global hotel management company, has announced the signing of its first lifestyle property in Saudi Arabia, the upscale Hijla Hotel in Abha, Aseer province. The property, owned by Mr. Mohammed Manaa Almounis, Mr. Samir Muhammad Al Qahtani, and Kayan Almusanada Company, is expected to open in the second half of 2025. The project, backed by the Tourism Development Fund (TDF), represents a significant milestone for Valor’s expansion in the Kingdom, supporting Saudi Vision 2030.
The 151-room Hijla Hotel will offer guests a luxurious experience infused with the rich cultural identity of the Aseer region. It will be located within the “Le Premier” development, featuring upscale retail, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel will also house two unique dining venues, including a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views, and a variety of guest amenities, such as a wellness center, convention spaces, and an enclosed swimming pool.
Mr. Mohammed Manaa Almounis expressed excitement about the partnership with Valor Hospitality, emphasizing the hotel’s potential to become a premier destination. Mr. Samir Muhammad Al Qahtani highlighted the support from the TDF and the hotel’s alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 to boost tourism.
